Terms & Conditions
Kindly allow us only 3 awesome days in the kitchen, from order to collection or delivery, as we prepare your orders fresh every time.
Should your order be ready sooner, we will give you a call to arrange for collection or delivery, as we want you to enjoy the freshness with every bite.
We understand that sometimes life just doesn’t go as planned, so should you have any changes on your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
In the unfortunate event that you will need to postpone or cancel your order, we will need a minimum of 2 days notice.
You’ve booked your event, organised the catering and sent out the invites, and then there’s a crisis.
Now what…? We really do understand and will do our utmost to take the pressure off you, so let us know as soon as possible.
All bookings for catering functions will require 50% deposit of the value of your order, with balance due 2 days prior to your function.
In the unfortunate event that you will need to postpone or cancel your order, we will need a minimum of 5 days notice.
We will gladly assist you with a refund should you cancel within 5 business days.
