Order for delivery lead time: 3 business days.

Order for collection lead time: 3 business days, and we will contact you if it is ready before then.

Cancellation: Minimum 48 hours notice

Refunds on Cancellation for Functions/Events: within 5 business days (as the money needs to reflect in our account before we can refund it and different banks take different time).

Catering Functions: 50% to confirm booking and outstanding 50% 24-hours before the function. Cancellation of a function within 5 working days. If not cancelled within that period, the deposit will not be refunded.
