Terms & Conditions

You’ve booked your event, organised the catering and sent out the invites, and then there’s a crisis.

Now what…? We really do understand and will do our utmost to take the pressure off you, so let us know as soon as possible.

All bookings for catering functions will require 50% deposit of the value of your order, with balance due 2 days prior to your function.

We will gladly assist you with a refund should you cancel within 5 business days.
